Generalist is for people who are unhappy with typical task management apps that:
* require user logins and passwords
* need dates and times for individual items
* make it an effort to move things around
* overwhelm you with buttons and options
* waste your time keeping everything updated
Unlike many task list apps, Generalist has only 3 time frames: Now, Next, Later.
It requires no dates or times to be entered, it has a simple, clean and minimal User Interface.
Nothing needs archiving, and indeed there are no export/import or backup options to configure.
Simply allocate your tasks to a time slot: Now, Next or Later and then save your item.
Dont worry, Generalist is designed so you can very easily move them between buckets, and when your task is done, just delete it! No muss, no fuss. Its that easy!
Generalist is inspired by Noah Weisss Medium article for managing project roadmaps and is designed for minimal overhead to manage day to day tasks.
